Quotes and Orders

  • We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

Payments

  • Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking.
  • Full or partial deposits may be required.
  • Outstanding balances must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total order value is required to secure your event date and booking.

No event date or order is considered confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the order.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Because Style My Platters purchases ingredients, reserves event dates, and allocates resources specifically for each order, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation terms are as follows:

  • More than 14 days before the event: Any payments made beyond the 50% deposit may be refunded.
  • 7 to 14 days before the event: Refunds beyond the deposit will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Less than 7 days before the event: No refunds will be issued.

If Style My Platters is unable to fulfill an order due to circumstances within our control, a full refund of all amounts paid will be provided.

Food Allergies

Customers are responsible for informing us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from allergens due to shared preparation environments.

Delivery and Setup
